the location is excellent near a famous bridge and public transport. the staff was friendly and helpful . my room featured unique decor and comfortable beds. breakfast had a fantastic variety of options and the staff was attentive
i also experienced a delay in assistance with my luggage upon checkout. repeated calls to reception went unanswered adding to the frustration

the location is amazing near charles bridge and restaurants. the staff were very helpful, they answered all my questions. the breakfast included a wide variety of choices. i especially appreciated the bag of breakfast they prepared when i had an early flight.

The breakfast had so many choices and everything tasted great! it was the best breakfast i've had during my travels. the bed felt super comfy. It was firm, just how i like it.
my room door didn't close properly. this, and the room seemed quite dirty, i must say. the handle even broke in my hand!

The breakfast buffet had many choices and fresh food topped up quickly! the bed was super comfy. It was firm and a proper double, not two singles pushed together. the staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. They greeted us with smiles every morning!
It gave a quite unsafe feeling with a few shakes during the ride.
